Board Advocacy
The Board of Education meets with key educational leaders and municipal and provincial ministries/authorities to raise awareness about policies and decisions that impact students and their learning. Our Board of Education is also a member of the British Columbia School Trustees Association (BCSTA), who represent 60 school boards across British Columbia. BCSTA is dedicated to amplifying priority K-12 issues, with advocacy initiatives designed to push for meaningful changes and maintain momentum on critical issues.
